RETURNS POLICY

1. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from RackitDirect.com, but if you do change your mind. You must notify us of these issues within 14 days of receiving your item(s). You have another 14 days from the notification to ship us your returning item(s).If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Your consumer rights are not affected.

 

2. ARE RETURNS FREE?
If you need to return an item because it’s faulty (damaged or defective), or because of something we’ve done wrong (like we shipped the wrong item to you), we won’t charge you for the return/collection and additional delivery to you (in case of repair/replacement). But if you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, we’ll give you a full refund deducting shipping, handling and additional costs.

·       Eligibility:

o   Notify us of these issues within 14 days of receiving your item(s). You have another 14 days from the notification to ship us your returning item(s).

o   Item(s) must be unused and in like-new condition.

o   All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and with all included accessories and paperwork.

o   Returns sent back to our warehouse must have a return authorisation from RackitDirect.com.

o   Products not purchased from RackitDirect.com will not be accepted.

 

3. HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT(S)?

3.1 Contact us here and write your intent to return your item(s) according to the following:

·       Eligibility:

o   Notify us of these issues within 14 days of receiving your item(s). You have another 14 days from the notification to ship us your returning item(s).

o   Item(s) must be unused and in like-new condition.

o   All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and with all included accessories and paperwork.

o   Returns sent back to our warehouse must have a return authorisation from RackitDirect.com.

o   Products not purchased from RackitDirect.com will not be accepted.

 

·       Include:

o   Your email address.

o   Order number.

o   Item number.

o   Tracking number.

o   Reason for return.

o   Requests for refund or replacement.

 

3.2 Send the parcel to “i3 Gateway Building, Riverside Avenue, Irvine, North Ayrshire KA11 5AR.” You have 14 days since you notify us of your will to return, to ship us your returning item(s). If you need to return an item because it’s faulty (damaged or defective), or because of something we’ve done wrong (like we shipped the wrong item to you), we won’t charge you for the return/collection and additional delivery to you (in case of replacement). But if you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, we’ll give you a full refund deducting shipping, handling and additional costs.

 

3.3 Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return:

·       Approval: a replacement/exchange will be issued within 14 days. Rackitdirect.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with a replacement if available or store credit/refund will be issued. If a credit, it will be amounted to the full refund of the purchase price will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. With limited exceptions, refunds exclude any shipping, handling, and additional costs.

 

·       Rejection: The item(s) will be sent back to your address at your own expenses.

 

4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WARRANTY POLICY

Rackit Direct Ltd (hereafter “Rackit Direct”, “Rackitdirect”, “Rackitdirect.com”, “RackitDirect.com”) warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original purchaser for stated warranty detail on product after the date of purchase from Rackitdirect.com, according to the Scottish Law.

Rackitdirect makes no other express warranties.

This warranty does not cover: (a) damage or failure caused by or attributable to abuse, misuse, failure to follow instructions, improper installation or maintenance, alteration, accident, Acts of God (such as floods or lightning), or excess voltage or current; (b) improper or incorrectly performed repairs by persons who are not a Rackitdirect-authorized service facility; (c) consumables such as fuses or batteries; (d) ordinary wear and tear or cosmetic damage; (e) transportation, shipping or insurance costs; (f) costs of product removal, installation, set-up service, adjustment or reinstallation; and (g) claims by persons other than the original purchaser.

Should a problem occur that is covered by this warranty, follow the return step by step guide. Rackitdirect will, at its option, unless otherwise provided by law (a) repair the product, (b) replace the product with the same or comparable product, or (c) refund the purchase price. All replaced products, and products on which a refund is made, become the property of Rackitdirect.

Rackitdirect expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty.

Except as described above, Rackitdirect shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser of the product or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by use or performance of the product or arising out of any breach of this warranty, including, but not limited to, any damages resulting from inconvenience and any loss of time, data, property, revenue, or profit and any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, even if Rackitdirect has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
