Shipping

We currently ship FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY to all the United Kingdom (excluding Highlands and Islands).

Please note items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

We don’t ship to PO Boxes due to the dimensions and weight of our products.

If you have a Rackit Direct account online, you can check the status of your order and track the shipment through your account. You will also receive an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped so that you can track it online.

Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, tracking information may take 1-2 days to update from the time the shipment was initiated.

If your tracking number shows your order was delivered but you never received it from rackitdirect.com, please contact us immediately.

Pre-sale items allow you to place a hold on items before they actually make it into inventory. These items won’t ship until after they become available. If you’re curious about the projected ship date of a specific item, you can always find it on the product page.

We do not offer an expedited shipping option at this time.

We do not ship via freight forwarders.

Orders

No, but creating an account allows you to have a more seamless experience. When you have an account, you can: store your billing address, add multiple shipping addresses, join our mailing list, check your order status, and even create a wish list that you can share with friends! Also, we can contact you if there’s a problem with your order. It’s quick and easy. Just click here to create your account.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

You will receive an order confirmation via email with all the details of your order.

There are usually two reasons for not receiving an email:

  1. You may have an outdated email address on file.
  2. You may have a spam blocker filtering emails from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from reaching you.

You can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on the website.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

All orders are typically processed the same business day (maximum 2 days).

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays within the United Kingdom.

We must receive all returns and exchanges (including the replacements of missing or damaged items) within 14 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt.

Most of our products have the dimensions listed but if you need to know details that are not listed, please contact us and we will find out the information and update our website accordingly.

Rackit Direct accepts most major debit/credit card providers (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and American Express).

Yes. The value added tax (VAT) is already calculated within the total amount charged. You can check the tax charged onto the checkout page.

Please contact the Rackit Direct Customer Support to verify that your coupon is valid.

Most promotions are advertised on our site.

Please note that coupons that have expired will not be applied and a maximum of one code can be applied per order.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from RackitDirect.com, but if you do change your mind. You must notify us of these issues within 14 days of receiving your item(s). You have another 14 days from the notification to ship us your returning item(s).If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Your consumer rights are not affected.

If you need to return an item because it’s faulty (damaged or defective), or because of something we’ve done wrong (like we shipped the wrong item to you), we won’t charge you for the return/collection and additional delivery to you (in case of repair/replacement). But if you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, we’ll give you a full refund deducting shipping, handling and additional costs.

  • Eligibility:

    • Item(s) must be unused and in like-new condition.
    • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and with all included accessories and paperwork.
    • Returns sent back to our warehouse must have a return authorisation from RackitDirect.com.
    • Products not purchased from RackitDirect.com will not be accepted.

 

3.1 Contact us here and write your intent to return your item(s) according to the following:

  • Eligibility:
    • Notify us of these issues within 14 days of receiving your item(s). You have another 14 days from the notification to ship us your returning item(s).
    • Item(s) must be unused and in like-new condition.
    • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and with all included accessories and paperwork.
    • Returns sent back to our warehouse must have a return authorisation from RackitDirect.com.
    • Products not purchased from RackitDirect.com will not be accepted.
  • Include:
    • Your email address.
    • Order number.
    • Item number.
    • Tracking number.
    • Reason for return.
    • Requests for refund or replacement.

3.2 Send the parcel to “i3 Gateway Building, Riverside Avenue, Irvine, North Ayrshire KA11 5AR”

You have 14 days since you notify us of your will to return, to ship us your returning item(s). If you need to return an item because it’s faulty (damaged or defective), or because of something we’ve done wrong (like we shipped the wrong item to you), we won’t charge you for the return/collection and additional delivery to you (in case of replacement). 3.3 Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return:

  • Approval: a replacement/exchange will be issued within 14 days.Rackitdirect.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with a replacement if available or store credit/refund will be issued. If a credit, it will be amounted to the full refund of the purchase price will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. With limited exceptions, refunds exclude any shipping, handling, and additional costs.

  • Rejection: The item(s) will be sent back to your address at your own expenses.

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
